Not all items are available to all areas of the US or internationally. Copy paper for an example is one of the items that is in a limited delivery area due to the weight and delivery restrictions. ESI also reserves the right to refuse orders for any reason. Any orders refused will be refunded and customer will be notified. ESI cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock or deliverable. Additionally, ESI warrants that if a pricing error has occurred on the site, you will be notified and allowed to withdraw the order if needed.
